Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric private duty team. You will provide one-on-one in-home nursing care to pediatric clients, travel to client homes, document orders, and monitor conditions.

This full-time day-shift role offers competitive pay ($35–$40/hour), a $3,000 retention bonus, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance. Trach experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active AZ RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Trach experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home for private-duty pediatric nursing.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide autonomous, skilled nursing care in the home.

Compensation and Schedule:

• FT Day Shifts, Monday-Sunday 7a-7p available
• Starting pay: $35–$40 per hour (client-specific)
• $3,000 Retention Bonus (client specific)

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
