Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 pediatric home care in Buckeye, AZ. The role focuses on high-acuity care, including tracheostomy and ventilator support, in the client’s home with a one-client-per-day structure.

The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona RN license, has at least one year of nursing experience, and is comfortable with pediatric care. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active AZ RN license.
• One year of RN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes for in-home care.
• Follow doctors' orders and document assessments.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor conditions.
• Document interventions and evaluations accurately.
• Provide autonomy in delivering skilled care in the home.

Client Needs/Available Shifts:

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
