Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in Newark, NJ is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team. This role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping them build communication, social, and independence skills.

You will receive hands-on training and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs, with flexible part-time afternoon/evening schedules and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy, preferably 1:1 sessions.
• Ability to collect and record data on treatment goals.
• Willingness to work under supervision and with BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
