Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Paintsville, KY is seeking a part-time RBT Behavior Technician to support youths with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will implement ABA-driven programs, provide 1:1 therapy, and work under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
