Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services in clients’ homes or community settings.

The role requires an Active RBT certificate, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 2+ years working with developmental disabilities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are essential for visiting clients in local areas.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
