Job summary

Acorn Health seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to join a dedicated ABA team delivering 1:1 treatment to children with autism, under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to support meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, rigorous data collection, and ongoing professional development, including RBT training and fieldwork supervision to support BCBA/BCaBA pathways.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred and ABA experience valued.
• 1–2 years of experience with children preferred.
• 1 year experience with ABA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work with supervising BCBA to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress to guide treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents, supervisors and others to inform treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
