Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Catonsville, MD seeks a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, support families, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment; RBT certification is encouraged and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
