Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and center-based settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication and daily living skills, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. Training will be provided to strengthen skills and practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs).
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen skills and practice.
