Job summary

CARIN Alliance in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings.

You will follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, collect accurate progress data, maintain a safe environment, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and partner with families to reinforce goals.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ability to implement treatment plans.
• Reliable data collection skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a family-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings.
• Deliver services by following individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill-building interventions.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and support outcome tracking.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and apply evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training.
• Partner with families to reinforce goals and support child progress.
