Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings with children and families in New Jersey. You will collect data, collaborate with a BCBA, and help families understand progress and strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and flexible part-time shifts in the afternoons and evenings. A strong passion for helping children is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college psychology coursework a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
