Delta-T Group connects professionals with client opportunities in the special education, behavioral health, and related fields. We are seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy, 1:1 with children and adolescents in facility or school-based settings, under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), RBT certification, and experience with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• One (1) year experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis
• Must possess RBT Registered Behavior Technician license (per BACB guidelines)
• Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA)
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Certification as a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 intervention in facility setting with children and adolescents with severe emotional challenges
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis
• Under supervision of a BCBA, work 1:1 with clients and implement treatment plans
• Perform appropriate physical management to ensure client’s safety when trained
• Recognize client worth, promote self-esteem and independence, maintain safety and well-being
• Collaborate with treatment team to provide input and feedback for treatment plans
