Zusammenfassung

Delta-T Group connects professionals with client opportunities in special education, behavioral health, and related fields. This RBT role involves direct ABA therapy, 1:1 intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support children and adolescents with autism and emotional challenges.

Under supervision of a BCBA, the RBT will implement treatment plans, monitor behaviors, and ensure client safety while promoting independence and skill development.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 1 year experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Must possess RBT license per BACB guidelines.
• Certifications: BCaBA, RBT, BCAT.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Provide 1:1 intervention in facility setting with children and adolescents with severe emotional challenges.
• Provide behavioral intervention and crisis management for children/adolescents with mental health diagnoses.
• Collaborate with treatment team to contribute to the child's treatment plan.
• Monitor behaviors by documenting and redirecting challenging behaviors.
• Under supervision of a BCBA, work 1:1 with clients and implement treatment plans.
