Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy that supports growth, independence, and daily skills.

You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on sessions, focusing on skill development and reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Reliable, professional availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress through accurate data collection and reporting.
