Job summary

Flywheel Centers in Morristown, NJ is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in both center-based and home-based settings.

You will work with a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and participate in supervision and trainings.

This per diem, flexible role offers growth opportunities and a supportive clinical leadership team, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior experience working with children.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, patience, organization, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and home-based environments.
• Implement treatment goals designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and maintain accurate session documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Support skill development in communication, play, socialization, and daily living.
• Maintain professionalism while following clinical and ethical guidelines.
