Flywheel Centers is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Elizabeth, NJ. This afternoon role offers flexible hours and meaningful work supporting child growth and development.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized treatment plans, and help track progress. Strong communication with families and a collaborative team environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Elizabeth, NJ.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently with children in their home.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans as developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Record and track data accurately during each session.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as needed.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times.
