Job summary

Flywheel Centers in Morristown, NJ is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in both center-based and home-based settings.

You will work with a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and participate in supervision and trainings.

This per diem, flexible role offers growth opportunities and a supportive clinical leadership team, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior experience working with children.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, patience, organization, and a willingness to learn.

Job Overview

Flywheel Centers is seeking compassionate, motivated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Morristown, NJ. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in both center-based and home-based settings. Working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help implement individualized treatment plans that promote skill development, independence, and positive behavior change.

This flexible, per diem position is ideal for individuals interested in early intervention, behavioral health, education, or developmental therapy.
