Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in El Paso, TX is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities in a clinic-based day program. You’ll implement BCBA-created plans and track progress using Central Reach.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be willing to train in ABA principles. The role offers a weekday schedule, guaranteed hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
