Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You’ll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment.

This role is a great fit for students, recent graduates, and those starting out in behavioral health. We provide full onboarding and training, along with ongoing supervision from BCBA clinicians and support to obtain RBT

Qualifications

• Must be RBT or willing to become RBT within 30 days of placement.
• Experience with children, especially with autism or developmental delays is a plus.
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following plans from a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow skills.
