Qualifications

• ABA training with formal principles and practices; RBT preferred.
• Active Safety-Care Behavioral Safety Training certification or plan to obtain before start.
• Experience with systematic data collection and session logging.
• Consistent availability during after-school hours (late afternoon/evening).
• Successful completion of state background screening and fingerprinting.

Responsabilités

• Implement direct 1:1 home-based ABA instruction to bridge school skills to home routines.
• Provide structure and behavior management to maintain consistency across settings.
• Collect and track daily data on targeted goals and programs.
• Collaborate with families to model strategies and support skill maintenance.
• Apply safety protocols and de-escalation techniques when needed.
• Attend scheduled consultations with the BCBA and district team.
