Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to provide direct 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes. You’ll be under supervision of a BCBA and implement the individual BIP to improve communication and behavior.

Daily data collection will guide ongoing interventions and goal setting with families, as you support learning during after-school hours with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Fields of study include ABA, psychology, special education, OT, SLP, and human services.
• RBT certification required; crisis intervention and mandated reporter training preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
• Experience with documenting progress notes and data aligned to treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the child's home environment.
• Work under BCBA supervision and follow the individualized BIP.
• Collect daily data and monitor progress toward goals.
• Help develop new interventions as progress is tracked.
