Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to join our in-home therapy team. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA tutoring to a student in the home, under the supervision of a BCBA, following an individualized BIP to boost communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

This role offers a competitive hourly starting rate based on credentials, flexible PART-TIME schedules after school with potential for weekends, and mentorship from leaders in our ABA Professionals

Qualifications

• Experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children.
• In-home ABA experience preferred or strong readiness to work in a home setting.
• Able to document progress notes and data aligned with treatment plans.
• Engaging, intuitive, and compassionate approach with learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in the child’s home environment.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA to implement BIP goals.
• Collect and chart numerical and qualitative data daily to track progress.
• Contribute to developing and refining personalized interventions.
