Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement skill acquisition and behavior modification strategies to help children reach milestones.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate billing and documentation for services.
• Update availability in the EMR and communicate changes to the Client Advocate.
• Communicate with Client Advocate and Supervisor about assigned clients.
• Comply with BACB ethics in service delivery.
