Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through ABA-supported care. This role centers on one-to-one client work and collaboration with families to implement individualized treatment plans.

Starting part-time with 15–20 hours per week, with a path to full-time as center needs arise; weekend differentials add up, and mileage reimbursement helps you get to each client. Training is paid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data to guide next steps.
