Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing treatment goals under BCBA supervision, and track progress to inform care plans.

Responsibilities include teaching communication, self-help and social skills, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician certification or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid driver\'s license
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home/community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard information.
