Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will work 1:1 and in small groups under BCBA guidance, using evidence-based practices to foster growth across home, school, and community.

The role offers a pay range of $20.57–$27.60 per hour, fully paid training, flexible part-time options, mileage reimbursement, and strong career advancement potential toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, ideally on the autism spectrum.
• Willingness to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement behavior strategies developed with BCBA supervision.
• Use data to track progress and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors for supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
