Building Block Resolutions in Diamond Bar, CA seeks an entry-level ABA aide to provide 1:1 intervention with children with autism in home, school, and clinic settings. The role includes training, data collection, and collaboration with families and supervisors.

You will implement behavior plans with fidelity, manage challenging behaviors, and adapt to evolving clinical software. Flexible scheduling supports part-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full training provided.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Degree in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.
