Job summary

Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Academy of Aerospace & Engineering - Elementary. The RBT provides 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs under the supervision of a BCBA/Case Supervisor.

Direct client care, data collection, and adherence to individualized treatment plans are essential. Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based programming, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting in preparing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ABA and BCBA supervision preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-energy educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group client care.
• Perform data collection and graphing of required data.
• Utilize safety procedures and crisis management training.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and paraeducators.
• Attend regular supervision meetings and implement feedback.
