Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and manage leasing, rentals, and collections. The role requires ensuring a clean, secure, well-maintained facility and supporting a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Preferred:

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools)

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Perform general maintenance tasks
• Lift and move up to 40 lbs
