ARGUS Powered by SmartStop in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Full Time Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a busy self-storage facility. If you’re customer-focused, reliable, and ready to grow your career with a national platform, we want to meet you.

This role offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour, plus monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, and clear career advancement opportunities. You’ll manage leasing, maintenance, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers.
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed.
• Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
