Job summary

ARGUS Powered by SmartStop is hiring a Full Time Store Manager in Gilbert, Arizona. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure clean, secure facilities, and deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and prospects.

Leasing, rentals, collections, and account management are key responsibilities. The role offers competitive pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus monthly and quarterly bonuses, plus company benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers.
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks.
• Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
