DEAR Services in Kent, WA is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to work with residential clients, selling and installing customized solutions that fit their needs, wants, and budget while showcasing craftsmanship.

You will drive a company truck, receive ongoing training and opportunities for advancement, and collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and fellow technicians to ensure codes are met and projects run smoothly. A strong work ethic and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years (6,000 hours) of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid WA State Journeyman Plumber license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
• Must be able to install plumbing hardware.
• Must be able to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge.

Responsibilities

As a 02Journeyman Plumber for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients while improving their lives. Work one-on-one with our residential clients to sell and install customized solutions that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

• Must have a valid WA State 02 Journeyman Plumber license
• 3 years (6,000 hours) of hands on residential plumbing experience.
• Must have a proven track record of successful installation or service
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
• Must be able to install plumbing hardware
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed

Compensation

• Pay: $125K - $150K
