Job summary

DEAR Services in Washington State is hiring a Journeyman Plumber with a sign-on bonus. Must be certified by the Washington State Plumber Certification Program to work in Washington.

You will work with clients to install customized plumbing solutions while communicating clearly and upholding safety standards. Benefits include medical, vision/dental, paid training, holidays, PTO after 90 days, and a competitive compensation package of $150K-$200K per year.

Qualifications

Dear Services is Hiring a 01 Journeyman Plumber with Sign on Bonus

As a 01 Journeyman Plumber for DEAR Services in Washington State. You must be certified by Washington State Plumber Certification Program to work in the plumbing trade in Washington. Dear Services 01 Journeyman Plumber will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients while improving their lives. Work one-on-one with our residential clients to sell and install customized solutions that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

• Must have a valid WA State 01 Journeyman Plumber license
• 4 years (8,000 hours) of residential or commercial hands-on plumbing experience.
• Applicants must pass an exam, take 16 hours of continuing education, be supervised by a certified plumber.
• Experience: 8,000 hours of supervised experience as a plumber trainee.
• Must have a proven track record of successful installation or service
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
• Must be able to install plumbing hardware
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances

• Must be reliable
• Must have a valid WA State driver's license and a good driving record
