Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a hands-on quarry assistant at our Hayden, ID site to support safe, efficient operations.

You will perform quarry support duties, assist with equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance and minor repairs, and help with crushing, screening and material handling.

The role requires a strong work ethic, safety-focused attitude, good communication, and the ability to work with a team to meet production goals year-round.

What You'll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
