Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a safety‑conscious quarry laborer to join our team. You’ll perform general utility tasks, assist with equipment operation, and help monitor material flow in a dynamic outdoor setting.

This role rewards reliability and teamwork, requires physical endurance, and pays $20 per hour with full benefits including a 401(k) plan, medical/dental/vision, HSA/HRA/FSA, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform general quarry utility tasks, including equipment cleanup and material handling.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
