What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer locations.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform routine vehicle safety checks.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery sites while ensuring timely deliveries.
• Operate chute systems and assist with unloading concrete in accordance with site requirements.
• Comply with all company, DOT, environmental, and safety policies and procedures.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
• Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
