Job summary

Heidelberg Materials operates a wide network of plants across North America, providing materials for construction and infrastructure projects. What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment in a heavy manufacturing, mining, or aggregate environment.

Working knowledge of conveyors, crushers, pumps, hydraulic systems, and mobile or stationary plant equipment.

Ability to safely perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and mechanical repair tasks.

Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, equipment drawings, and repair procedures.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
