Performs a variety of complex support tasks which may include: processing documents, drafting routine correspondence, resolving questions and problems, providing information, researching files and records, and assisting with training Level I and Level II clerks. Works within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures, under minimum supervision.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school/GED. Three years of related experience or 45 college hours, or a combination. Customer service experience is a plus.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to type 35 wpm, knowledge of computer applications and word processing. Must pass relevant skills tests (e.g., data entry, MS Office, typing). Ability to follow instructions, organize work, and maintain effective relationships and customer service.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting, walking, standing; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
