CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver – PA Outbound (100% Touch Freight & Up to $1,900/Wk)

Looking for a high‑paying regional route that gets you home every single week? We are hiring Class A drivers for a dedicated retail account running out of Pennsylvania. If you don't mind a physically active job that heavily rewards your hustle, this is the route for you.

What You Will Be Pulling In:

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,600 to $1,900 gross per week ($83K to $98K+ a year).
• Lucrative Pay Scale: Earn $1.10 per mile, plus $270 unload pay per load and $17 stop pay.

The Work, Schedule & Route:

• Weekly Home Time: Get back home every week for a guaranteed 34-hour restart.
• Shifts: Day and night shifts available with heavy night driving and technical backing.
• Schedule: Weekend runs are required, but you are guaranteed zero deliveries on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
• The Freight: ~1,000 consistent weekly miles pulling 100% manual trailer unloads (over 5,000 pieces per load). You must be capable of lifting 50 to 75 pounds.

What We Need From You:

• Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and be at least 21 years old.
• All Experience Levels Welcome: Brand new trainees with 0 experience (holding a valid CDL-A) or experienced drivers with 6+ months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year (or 12 months in the past 5 years—local experience counts!).
• Clean background: Max 4 carrier jobs in the past 12 months, a clean 5-year MVR with no severe preventable collisions, and successfully passed DOT hair and urine drug tests.
