Weekly Gross: $1,300 $1,500 average ($1,800 top earner potential)
Base CPM: $0.55 up to $0.65 CPM (Based on verifiable experience; recent grads start at $0.55 CPM post-training)
Orientation Pay: $300 bonus on your first check (1-day orientation with paid travel & hotel)
Weekly Volume: Steady 1,700 2,300 miles per week
100% No-Touch Dry Van: 70% Drop & Hook (Back in, hook up, hit the road)
Lanes: Regional runs strictly East of I-35 (NO NYC or outer borough driving)
Pet & Rider Policy: Bring your buddy alongstarts on Day 1
4 to 6 weeks of paid, hands-on road training with a top veteran mentor
Run real freight and earn full pay while completing your training
Requires graduation from an accredited CDL school (120+ verified hours)
