Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Turkey is seeking a Product Manager for Wholesale Connectivity. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of DWDM, Radio Link, Carrier Ethernet, IP Transit, MPLS/IP VPN and Leased Line services, defining roadmaps and translating business needs into user stories.

You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal to deliver new capabilities, support pricing, launches, and sales enablement, while driving automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in Product Management or related telecom roles.
• Knowledge of DWDM, Ethernet, MPLS/IP VPN and Leased Line solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Wholesale Connectivity products (DWDM, Radio Link, Carrier Ethernet, Metro Ethernet, IP Transit, MPLS/IP VPN, Leased Line).
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with Vodafone Wholesale strategy.
• Adapt Enterprise products and reseller processes into scalable Wholesale offerings.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories.
• Act as the business Product Owner by managing the product backlog with Agile IT squads.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal to deliver capabilities and support pricing, launches and enablement.
• Drive automation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Translate business requirements into business cases, functional requirements, Epics, Features and User Stories.
• Act as the business Product Owner by managing the product backlog and working closely with Agile IT squads throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Support pricing, go-to-market activities, product launches and sales enablement.
• Drive automation, digitalisation and process simplification initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback and product performance to identify growth opportunities and continuous improvements.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development or similar roles within telecommunications.
• Knowledge of DWDM, Radio Link, Ethernet, Carrier Ethernet, MPLS/IP VPN, IP Transit and Leased Line solutions.
• Experience in Wholesale and/or B2B telecommunications business.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional IT development teams.
• Experience defining requirements, writing User Stories and managing product backlog.
• Knowledge of Jira is preferred.
• Knowledge of telecom operational processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.
