Job summary

adidas is seeking a seasoned Wholesale E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive profitable growth by managing key online partners, optimizing sell-through and executing commercial strategies aligned with business objectives in Turkey. You will own performance targets, develop account plans and lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure successful launches and campaigns.

The role requires 5–6 years in Sales/E-Commerce, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, E-Commerce or Digital Commerce.
• Experience with online retailers, marketplaces or e-commerce channels preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret commercial and operational data.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and account management.
• Advanced numeracy, reporting and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of assigned Wholesale E-Commerce accounts and deliver against sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with channel and business objectives.
• Drive seasonal and in-season business opportunities through effective planning, forecasting and execution.
• Monitor product performance, inventory levels and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, promotional planning and partner engagement activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution of launches, campaigns and operational processes.
• Provide regular performance analysis and actionable recommendations to improve channel productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards while fostering strong partner relationships.
