Job summary

LOESCHE GmbH in Türkiye seeks a welding engineering professional to organize and supervise hardfacing and maintenance activities both in the workshop and at customer sites. You will lead welding teams, plan maintenance of vertical roller mill components, and manage consumables and equipment.

The role requires strong experience in hardfacing and maintenance welding, knowledge of various welding processes, and ability to coordinate service projects across Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in hardfacing and maintenance welding specified.
• Knowledge of FCAW, SMAW, GMAW/MAG and TIG welding processes required or preferred.
• Familiarity with welding quality documentation and relevant ISO standards is advantageous.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise hardfacing and maintenance activities in workshop and at customer sites.
• Lead and coordinate welding teams during workshop and field service operations.
• Plan and execute maintenance, repair and refurbishment of vertical roller mill components.
• Manage welding consumables, wear protection materials, spare parts and workshop equipment.
• Ensure maintenance and proper operation of welding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Prepare and review welding documentation including WPS, WPQR and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and international welding standards.
• Coordinate service projects, manpower, equipment and logistics.
• Support technical troubleshooting and customer service activities.
• Prepare technical service reports and communicate with customers and internal departments.
