Job summary

Insiderone is seeking a Senior Frontend Lead to own the frontend architecture across Vue.js applications serving 600M+ devices monthly and to design scalable Micro Frontend architectures. You will mentor engineers, drive performance, and lead architectural reviews across teams.

The role focuses on ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence, with a fully remote setup based in Turkey and a strong emphasis on cross-functional alignment with product, design, and backend teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend development experience with leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Vue.js across Vue 2 & Vue 3.
• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.
• Experience building and scaling Micro Frontend Architectures in production.
• Led performance optimization initiatives (Core Web Vitals, bundle size).
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical direction of frontend architecture across Vue.js applications.
• Designs and evolves Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Develops and maintains state-of-the-art web applications using Vue.js.
• Writes reusable, well-tested code and creates scalable components.
• Leads technical decision-making and frontend standards across teams.
• Implements performance improvements and ensures scalability.
• Mentors frontend engineers and conducts 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Drives hiring and team growth.
• Plans and prioritizes the team roadmaps aligned with product goals.
• Represents frontend to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
