Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing large-scale frontend architectures.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
• Knowledge of performance optimization and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the frontend architecture of complex web applications
• Lead React application development using TypeScript
• Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Review code and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Drive performance optimization, security, and accessibility initiatives
• Mentor and guide frontend developers and technical leads
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies when appropriate
