Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is offering a Long Term Internship Program in Istanbul (Maslak) with opportunities in Marketing, Sales, Product, Data & AI, IT, and more. The program lets you choose 6, 12, or 18 months and join a flexible, hybrid work setup.

Selected candidates will undergo an online competency test and a case study interview in English, with the start date coming in January 2027 for all durations.

Qualifications

• Able to work minimum 3 full days a week in a hybrid model, including 1 day at your offices.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• 2nd, 3rd or 4th grade bachelor’s student or a master’s Student.

Candidates will have the flexibility to select one of the following options:

• 6, 12, 18 months: Choose your journey- explore diverse projects, gain real business experience and shape the future with us!

Who you are

Selection Steps

The hiring process consists of 2 phases:

• 1. Online Competency Test (All in English)
  • Analytical & Numerical Reasoning
  • Image PQ (Behavioral Approach Assessment)
  • Vodafone Cultural Fit Quiz
• 2. Face to Face Interview: Including case study (in English) in Maslak Office

Internship Programs’ start and end dates

• 6 months: January 2027 – June 2027
• 12 months: January 2027 – January 2028
• 18 months: January 2027 – June 2028

Most of the roles in our internship program will take place at our Maslak Office location (Istanbul). However, we will also recruiting for Network positions in our regional office which is located in Ankara.
