Job summary

Vodafone Turkey is offering a student internship in Marketing and Business Administration, based in Gaziantep with regional collaboration. You will conduct tours of the Tech Hub, assist in scheduling client meetings, and help create engaging marketing materials tailored to the regional audience.

The role requires a BSc student in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, a proactive mindset, and availability 3-4 days a week. Hybrid working setup and generous benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead informative tours and presentations for visitors.
• Ensure case studies in the Tech Hub run smoothly and report issues.
• Assist regional sales with meetings and lead generation.
• Develop marketing ideas to attract visitors from Gaziantep and nearby provinces.
• Coordinate between Istanbul Marketing and Gaziantep operations.
• Support lead generation and client engagement with regional teams.
• Contribute to marketing materials including brochures, social media, and newsletters.
• Collect feedback to improve the Tech Hub experience.

What you’ll do

• Conduct informative tours and presentations for visitors, showcasing the Vodafone Business Tech Hub's content and case studies,
• Ensure all case studies within the Tech Hub are functioning correctly; promptly report any issues to the relevant teams,
• According to the factory's visit and event calendar; assist the regional sales team in scheduling meetings with potential clients, institutions, and associations,
• Develop and implement creative project ideas aimed at attracting visitors from Gaziantep and neighboring provinces, converting interest into actionable leads,
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Istanbul-based Marketing team and the Gaziantep operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination,
• Work closely with the regional sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting lead generation and client engagement efforts,
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and newsletters, tailored to the regional audience,
• Gather and report feedback from visitors and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement of the Tech Hub's offerings and visitor experience.
