Job summary

Koton is seeking an accomplished senior fashion designer to lead collection design and steer the brand’s creative direction in line with global trends. You will manage the design team, translate market insights into compelling product stories, and ensure timely delivery from concept to final samples.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Fashion/Textile/Fine Arts, at least 10 years of experience, fluent English, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• 10+ years of professional design experience.
• University degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design analyses and provide direction to the design team.
• Lead and manage collection design processes.
• Follow and analyze global trends, innovations, and market developments within the fashion industry and translate insights into collection direction.
• Design collections and products in line with brand objectives, with a strong understanding of the target customer profile.
• Plan and deliver design presentations.
• Select fabrics, prints, and accessories and provide guidance to the design team accordingly.
• Managing end-to-end design processes and developing recommendations for continuous process improvement.
• Minimizing delays and potential losses arising from design-related errors.

What You’ll Do
