Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Vendor Management Lead in Turkey to drive site engagement and manage SMOs and service providers for large-scale clinical programs. Responsibilities

• Lead vendor governance and performance management activities for clinical research programs.

• Identify and proactively manage operational risks, issues, and escalation pathways.
• Support vendor onboarding, readiness, contracting, and payment processes.
• Review vendor deliverables, documentation, and financial records to ensure operational accuracy.
• Maintain oversight reports, trackers, and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Project Leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help scale vendor management capabilities across the business.

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management Lead to help drive the success of our Site Engagement Solutions (SES) business in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Site Management Organizations (SMOs) and other service providers that support large-scale clinical research programs. You will work closely with project teams, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure vendor performance, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery.
