Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Vendor Management Lead to drive Site Engagement Solutions (SES) in Turkey. The role focuses on governing vendor relationships with SMOs and service providers, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and scalable governance across clinical programs.

You will coordinate with project teams, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize performance, manage risks, and support onboarding, contracting, and payments while maintaining robust governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in vendor management, supplier management, clinical operations, project management, or related areas.
• Understanding of clinical research and site-facing delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English & Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor governance and performance management activities for clinical research programs.
• Build strong partnerships with SMOs, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Identify and proactively manage operational risks, issues, and escalation pathways.
• Support vendor onboarding, readiness, contracting, and payment processes.
• Review vendor deliverables, documentation, and financial records to ensure operational accuracy.
• Maintain oversight reports, trackers, and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Project Leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help scale vendor management capabilities across the business.
