Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye is seeking an Assembly Quality Control Engineer to join our İzmit-based team. You will monitor and report electrical issues on the assembly line, develop countermeasures, and support new model launches with rigorous quality control.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, at least 2 years in automotive production or quality, strong analytical and communication skills, a B class driving license, and residency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2+ years experience in automotive production or quality departments (EV experience preferable).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and stress management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and report complete car electrical & electronic problems in assembly line.
• Ensure countermeasure preparation & implementation for car electrical system quality problems.
• Perform regular line process check, diagnostic test inspection problems investigation and improvements.
• Log data analysis & contact with R&D team for problem solution/action.
• Active role on new car model project launch and quality control activities.
• Follow 3M & dealer claims, take necessary actions to prevent quality problems to end customer.
• Prepare & revise inspection standards and follow up specifications & regulations.
• Participate & organize corrective and preventive CFT & TFT activities.
• Give new idea/suggestions for cost saving or job improvement.

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive sector / production or quality departments (EV car experience is preferable)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and stress management skills
• Have good communication and be a team player
• B class driving license & active car drive in traffic is must
• Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
